My standing order is due out tomorrow, can I still amend it?

To amend a standing order through Online Banking you need to give us at least 2 working days notice.

If you have a standing order payment due the next day you will need to go into a branch or contact telephone banking by close of business on the working day before so we can do this for you.

For example: If a payment is due to leave your account on a Friday, the final opportunity to amend or cancel the standing order online is by close of business on Wednesday. However, you can amend or cancel the standing order payment up to close of business on Thursday by contacting telephone banking.
