Why can't I order a cheque book or paying-in book?

You can order a cheque book or paying-in book online provided you have previously ordered one for that account through telephone banking.

To order a cheque book or a paying-in book:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu
  3. Under the 'Credit/cheque books' section choose either 'Order cheque book' or 'Order paying-in book' and follow the on screen instructions.

If the account you are trying to order a cheque or paying-in book for is not listed then your cheque/paying-in book preferences have not been recorded for that account and you will need to contact telephone banking to place your order.
