The Online Banking system won't accept my activation code, what do I do?

Your activation code may not be accepted in Online Banking because:

  • you've entered the activation code incorrectly too many times or;
  • the activation code has expired

To get a new activation code you'll need to re-register for Online Banking (opens in a new window).

Once you've completed the form, you may find you can access your account straight away. But, if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
