Why didn't I get my Apple Pay verification code?

Your Apple Pay verification code will be sent to the mobile number that we have on record. If your number has changed, please contact us to update your records.

You should receive the passcode within 15 minutes. If you don't receive this please try again, or contact us.

Digital Wallet support for Apple Pay or Google Pay

You can activate Apple Pay or Google Pay by contacting us via the Isle of Man Bank mobile app. You can do this by opening the app and selecting ‘Help’ on the bottom menu and then ‘Message us’. Mobile support is available 24/7. Transcripts may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
