Can you replace my card-reader if it is lost, broken or stolen?

Yes - we can issue you with a free replacement. Simply access your accounts online as normal and select 'Security' from the main menu. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader' and then follow the on screen instructions.
