I haven't received an activation code for my mobile banking app, what should I do?

If you haven't received a text message with the activation code please complete the following:

  • Check that the mobile number you have entered or confirmed is correct
  • Turn your phone off and switch it back on, then check your text messages to see if you have received an SMS from us with your activation code
  • Check your signal and Wi-Fi strength
  • If you have just changed your mobile number or have only just registered or re-registered for Online Banking, the activation code may be suppressed in some cases and you may need to try again. Please allow up to 3 days before re-trying.
  • If you have requested the activation code four times today please try again after 24 hours as we only allow 4 requests per day
