I’m trying to upload a loyalty card to my mobile app but the number scanned is different to the number on the card?

First, check the number on the app matches the barcode or QR code rather than the loyalty scheme account number. Sometimes the App may add extra characters to the end of the code, but this will still work. We recommend trusting the app scanner and trying this barcode in store.  If this doesn’t work in store, please contact the retailer directly.
