Why have you changed the telephone banking opening hours?

With the availability of our 24/7 online and our mobile services, fewer customers are contacting our telephone banking team outside of our usual business hours so we’re changing our opening hours.

From Monday 21st October, our telephone banking team will be available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT.

There is no change to our emergency contact numbers (opens in a new window) to report fraud or lost and stolen cards, which will still be available 24/7.

It's easy to use Online Banking (opens in a new window) and mobile app (opens in a new window) to do most of your banking with us, and this online support centre is available 24/7.
