How do I view my multiple businesses in the app?

You can view multiple business within the Mobile Banking App. Please ensure you have updated to the latest version of the app. To view the accounts of your multiple businesses in the app, you will need to add in each business individually.

You will need your full Online Banking customer number and we will ask you for certain characters from your Online Banking security number and password for that business.

  1. Tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app
  2. Select the option to add a business
  3. Please enter in the name of your Business followed by the Customer Number
  4. Confirm your partial PIN/Password 
  5. Select next and your business account will be added to the app

Once you have added the businesses in, the next time you log in to the app, you can select a business profile to view and easily switch between the different accounts.
