I have both Personal and Business accounts, but I can’t see my Business accounts in the app. How do I find them?

If you can see all your accounts online, then they have the same Customer Number.  You can check this by logging into Online Banking using your web browser .

If you can’t see your Business accounts online, you should contact your Relationship Manager or the Online Banking helpdesk using webchat, who can help make sure your Business and Personal accounts are correctly linked.

If you have multiple businesses you can add them by tapping the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app and select the option to add a business.
