Why can I not see who my direct debit was paid to?

Some beneficiaries have a long narrative and therefore may show on your service as **MLN** (Multi Line Narrative).

In most cases this will update overnight to show the beneficiary name. If this doesn't happen and you need more information please call our telephone banking helpdesk.
