Why has my service been restricted for 10 minutes?

If you are getting the message 'For security reasons access to your Online Banking service has been restricted for 10 minutes'. This is because your accounts may have been accessed from two different devices (a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile), or the internet address has changed using the same device, within a short period of time.

Please wait for 10 minutes, then try to login again.

If you are trying to login because you have received:

  • A text or email alert advising of activity in your Online Banking service which you haven't carried out.
  • A phone call where you have been asked to provide your Online Banking security details, such as Customer Number, PIN and password or card-reader codes.
