If the card-reader is damaged or will not switch on when you insert a debit or Online Banking card, simply order a new card-reader.

Ordering a new card-reader

To order a new card-reader:

  1. Log on to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Security' from the main menu.
  3. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader', then follow the on screen instructions.
